Finished these bad boys today, the last of my current pile of Warriors of Chaos:
Hopefully they will see some play with my forces but i fear cavalry maybe too good to pass up haha!

Got home at a decent time today so i decided to crack on with my Chaos Giant:
Getting near the end of the current pile, I've finished off this large unit of eighteen Chaos Warriors of Tzeentch today:
I never picked this guy up first time round, having sold off my armies before the 8th edition army book was released:
Nice to finally get one on the table, and a Manticore is certainly less hardcore than fielding a Dragon so i wont field bad at all with this tooled up death machine in 2000pts games haha.
Whilst searching through stash piles and draws i came across this old Lord of Slaanesh on Steed that i had forgotten all about, i must have bought this 10-15years ago at least haha:
It doesn't really fit the aesthetic of the newer Chaos stuff but since i had it i felt i should get it painted and based up in case i wanted to use him.
Started on Sunday... finished on Thursday haha
At the games day on Saturday just five of them performed ok, i'm looking forward to running all ten or as Chosen for vastly improved killing power!
My little armoured car turned up yesterday and was quick build and paint hehe, took longer for the basing mud to dry than do the rest!
Proper hilariously pokey but with two LMGs and recce it should be decent enough on the board.
I've finished the front rank of my Chaos Knight unit ahead of a doubles tourney on Saturday:
They took most of yesterday to get done so it made more sense to concentrate on five that only part complete the full ten... weekday painting time is limited at best!
In talking with some mates at the club I've decided to get back into Bolt Action again, this time with the mighty Slovakian army from the recent Case Blue book haha.
I much prefer using smaller factions when available as my Pokemon nature of getting a whole faction wont cost the Earth!
First of my models to arrive was this Panzer 35T, known in Slovakia as an LT vz.35/38 hehe, and i managed to score the last set of transfers i could find in the UK. More troops are on the way including an Armoured Car and shed load of infantry!
Another unit completed for my Warriors of Chaos Project:
Additional chaff / charge blockers and redirectors is always handy, and the speed is superb compared to the sluggish infantry in the faction.
Work and family commitments since coming back from holiday have really hampered the brush time again but I've finally got this big lad painted:
Absolutely love this model and cant wait to give it a run out on the board! I don't think ill be running him as the Bergont Raegh but as a standard Ironclad which should be hitty enough haha.
Back from holiday and raring to go! I have a game on Wednesday at 2000pts, we wont be fully painted but i at least wanted this bad boy finished:
Gives me a bit more threat projection and should help against the Bone Dragon my mate will be running!
Still alive, works been mental and these buggers have been sat on the paint station for two weeks!
Will get the other five finished after my Chimera haha
Just the one today, I've painted up a new Varghulf Courtier model to be an Ogre bodyguard in my Mordheim Warband, and got him on a 50mm base so he will work fine for my future Strigoi themed Vampire Counts army for Old World:
Time for a proper fighter in the army with a Chaos Lord on Daemonic Mount:
The Karkadrak kit from AoS, its a little large for TOW but will do until i can get the more recent Lord model.
I printed out another Kaiju Drone but this time i decided to paint it up as Apex from the superb Netflix show "The Black"
Its not quite an exact match but its close enough and portrays suitable menace haha
Rounding out my next 500pt block are an Aspiring Champion with Battle Standard and an Exalted Sorcerer:
These AoS models fit perfectly fine on the new 30mm bases, and im looking forward to using them in a couple of games this week!
Its been hard to find any decent painting time this last week but finally got this unit completed today:
I converted a load of cheap Khorne Bloodreavers with some ebay purchase flails and boom! All done... averting disaster on route as i had them finished earlier today but picked up a can of grey seer instead of varnish!
Next unit complete for my chaos hordes is a block of four Chaos Spawn:
I decided to paint these in a roughly Slaanesh scheme as i will be running them with the Mark of Slaanesh for that sweet always strikes first hehe... too good to pass up!
Although the escalation league continues, i'm ploughing ahead with my army as its nearly all built and i prefer to play fullypainted.
My amazing wife got me a 3D printer for Xmas! And after setting it up i was itching to print something and then i remembered the Wave 3 models for the Pacific Rim Extinction game i picked up last year were all available as stl files as River Horse didn't make them as physical product. I figured id start off the collection with the Kaiju Drone and painted the first one up as one of the regular drones in the Uprising movie:
Done to match the style and level of the pre paints in the official product, i have a second one printed to do as Apex from the netflix anime Into the Black!
I finished up this Gorebeast Chariot for my forces the other day but didn't get a chance to post it:
Quick one today to show the objectives i made for Conquest using the tourney prize death chicken models haha.
Had a fantastic days gaming of Conquest at the Southampton Sluggaz event on Saturday, and with two wins and a loss i came 7/18th which was superb!
Next couple of units for the force are done with an Exalted Sorcerer and a unit of Chaos Hounds:
