I switched to P3 after some bad experiences with their new paints, as if it wasn't bad enough they switched names and such on their entire range. It was almost as if they had forgotten to add pigment and poured some extra water instead. The P3 range is fine, but has the same problems as the older GW pots. Meaning cracked lids, resulting in dried out paint bottles. Perhaps I'll switch to Vallejo eventually.
All these skulls really must have been a challenge to paint :).
ReplyDeleteI look forward to your cold ones
Haha ushabti bone and one streak down the middle!
DeleteI must admit I'm not familiar with the names of the newer GW paints (I use a lot of P3 these days). Is Ushabti bone the new name for Bleached Bone?
DeleteIt is yeah, quite a bit thicker than the old one!
ReplyDeleteI've seen good things with p3 but I'm sticking with gw ones as they are so much easier to get hold of than any other range here hehe
