Guildball Masons & Acolyte Miniatures

When im not painting up clients models i try to make a dent in my own lead mountain, usually one or two minis to complete some existing projects and these are some:



Non KS version of Guildball Masons Team Captain, Honour



The Butcher, by Acolyte Miniatures




Should hopefully have time to get through a few more of my own before starting up the next job, i picked it up today, a small force for Infinity, Yu Jing i believe but will have to check on Corvus Belli's site before starting!

      Cheers mate, thought I would try out purple wash on something other than Nuem haha. That then a thin coat of flayed one flesh followed by earthshade

    That butcher looks great, will he be used as tenderiser in Guildball?
    I also like the fact you painted Honour as a redhead, I might steal that when I finally will have the time to paint her.

      He's just a "display" piece for now, going in the cabinet with a few other bits hehe.

      Aye this version of her is a load better than the static ks one so had to be grabbed! Wild rider red with an earthshade wash then pick out a couple of strands with the red again

    I never got the reason behind the KS exclusive captains.
    Some of the regular ones look so much better, like Midas and Honour.

    I heard Steamforged will have a stand at Spiel and I hope to get a demo in and perhaps pick up a few more butchers (boar and meathook are high on my list).

    If you've not played Guildhall before then I heartily recommend having a demo it's a really good game... a lot easier to pick up than bushido and is more intuitive to play.

      Well, I currently am painting my brewers and I received my playing mat a few weeks ago (which is the reason I started painting in the first place). Once I have finished my brewers and butchers I hope to get some more games in.

      Butchers are really straight forward, kill!

      Played against the brewers with my masons and all that knockdown was not fun haha
