Updates

Been away from the paint station for a bit, ive had lots of stuff to do with the kids and i attended the RIOTBOWL on the 18/19th with the Devastation.... came 5th! 2/1/2 were my results, cracking event hosted by the RIOTS club in romford. Its gonna be a bigger field next year but hopefully i can repeat the performance.

In other news, 6th ed 40k is out.... i'll pass on that thank you!

Work on the Daikinee will be starting up this week as what free hobby time ive had has been playing warmachine, 2 wins out of 3 with Lord Carver and the pigz are on a roll hahahaha

Mantics new game has been spoiled, dreadball, a future sports style game set in the warpath universe! Cant wait to get hold of this!

Thats probably it till the new 40k box set is released, im planning on using some of the cultists in it for the marauders/rotters. If they are lame, i'll make up some wfb chaos marauders, my usual choice for bbowl players, but im happy to wait for now.

These guys make up half of my inital 400pts force so its good to get them done and dusted. I want to get some more done later in the week but my Bone Griffons fleet has arrived :-D

One Badass Insect!

Finally started the Daikinees! Ive built, undercoated and brown washed 400pts of them to start with, and i finished painting the Mandigorn hehe

I hope to crack on with the rest over the next few days or so!

Godslayer at Salute 2013

My club, the Chelmsford Bunker, shall be running a Godslayer table at Salute 2013 for Megalith Games!

We'll be doing starter box tutorials in the morning, and some larger demonstration only games in the afternoon with 400pts+ armies. We'll be making a Halodyne themed table with the aquarium terrain i purchased last month hehe.

Megalith may or may not be at salute themselves, hope they are as it will be good to meet them in person, but either way they will be supplying promotional stuff for us to distribute




We will have Banebrood, Halodyne, Mortan and Nordgard factions definitely, with wyldfolk and trolloth as probables.
