A Song of Ice and Fire: Baratheon Halberdiers

 I needed a Baratheon infantry unit as an option for my commanders to sit in and since I'd sold my army before they came out it was the obvious choice hehe:

 I originally painted a set of these way back in 2019 when first getting into Song with |Boltons following the Kickstarter... and now full circle and they are done again for my BwB!

Better paint jobs this time round haha!

A Song of Ice and Fire: Brotherhood without Banners Peasant Levy

 The new club league has given me the impetuous to get my remaining bits for Song painted up before my first league game.. i hate playing unpainted!

Mostly the same scheme as the other unit but a few colours different to make repacking easier haha.

A Song of Ice and Fire: Crownland Scouts

 Another cavalry unit for my BwB army with these allied Baratheon Crownland Scouts!

I had these sitting around doing nothing since October i think as i had thought to start Baratheon's again but in the end i couldn't be bothered with it. This much smaller force means they wont go to waste and will help enhance what the BwB are all about on the board.

 Next up is my unit of Brotherhood Archers:

Not sure how much use i will get out of them as i am notoriously bad with archers haha, but they look pretty cool and im happy with the results!

 Welcome to 2025! Back on it early today by finishing this cavalry unit i started yesterday but ran out of time to get sorted:

The elite cav of the faction, more detailed than the older Baratheon and Bolton heavy cavalry i painted some years ago... those Flayed Men are still my favourites though haha.

A Song of Ice and Fire: Brotherhood Peasant Levy

 Another unit down for my Brotherhood force, this time one of the two Peasant Levy units:

Superb and characterful sculpts again, and a joy to paint up! On with some of the Knights next!

A Song of Ice and Fire: Brotherhood without Banners Men at Arms

 Almost two years since i last painted a Song model but i'm back in now with the new Brotherhood faction haha!

First up are these Men at Arms, a 6pt decent infantry unit:

More units and characters will follow over the coming days as these are my holiday project ready for games in the new years! I've signed up to the East Anglian GT run my my good mate Grant at Yecats Miniatures so will need to have my game face on for June!

A Song of Ice and Fire: Rhllor Queens Men!

Rounding out a year of painting with my last Baratheon models, a second unit of Rhllor Queens Men:

Like the lightbringers i did a few weeks ago i wanted them to start apart on the board but also link in with the rest of the predominantly yellow Stannis side of the army.

Now to write some double Queens men lists to terrorize the local tables with haha!

A Song of Ice and Fire: Baratheon Heroes 3

I managed to snag Polish copies of Heroes 3 and 4 recently, and started on the Stannis side models first:

Bryen Farring and Dale Seaworth

Not sure how much use ill get from Bryen Farring and Dale Seaworth, or Justin Massey Commander but the other models work well enough in their in-game roles!

A Song of Ice and Fire: R'hllor Lightbringers

Trying to get through more Baratheons before my Manowar models finally(!) arrived haha, starting with this second unit of R'hllor Lightbringers for the Stannis side:

This unit has yellow bows rather than metal to easily differentiate the pair on the board!

That completes my Baratheon army, and also my ASOIAF collection, and hopefully the new Heroes Boxes 3 and 4 wont be too long a wait!

First unit of Pikemen completed, and the second one is started hehe. The Tyrell stuff is much more complex to paint than the regular units so this has taken most of the day to do but I'm really happy with the results.

I'm going to reverse the scheme for the other block i think.

Finished my second unit of these guys ahead of a game tomorrow:

Went reversey percy on the colour scheme i did on the first lot, came out quite good i think.

A few cheeky additions to my collection for ASOIAF as i want to put aside my Champions and try other list ideas for a while, and the Golden Company form the crux of one of those options:

My plan is to run a unit of the swordsmen with Axell commander for morale 3+ hehe, then a unit of Queens men with a Stag Knight Noble for another morale 4+ unit. The army is rounded out by a War Elepehant and a unit of Lightbringers, with Selyse & Shireen and Davos as my NCUs.

I can make the Elephant R'hillor with Selyse & Shireen which in this list will bring all kinds of good things to it, including a one off return to life on D3 wounds.

Absolutely love these guys in the game, everything you could want for a unit; hard hitting super durable and mobile.. for Baratheon's anyway Haha.
