Godtear: Finvarr, Lord of Mirages

I knew from the start i wanted to paint these guys up as stealthy ninja batman types haha, so that's exactly what i did! Godtear is now complete until Leena and Jeen are released after Judgement Day!

These are proper good in the game, and with two units of them i can really start to hammer the enemy on the approach... Too bad you can only field them as troops hehe

These aren't painted well, the army was a rush job as i had about a week to do it first time round, i just want these done and out the way now. One of the many redeeming features of Kings of War is that even a badly painted army like these look OK when the army is deployed on mass haha!

Today i have begun digging further into the Lead Mountain and have reached the level of my stash of Wasteman minis and started to work through them!

Age of Sigmar: Sylvaneth Arch Revenant

For a while i've fancied doing something using a cherry blossom style scheme, and with us all under lock down i ordered a Sylvaneth Arch Revenant to scratch the itch!

The scheme is fun to do and would probably be fine on the Dryads and Kurnoth Hunters etc but i wouldn't fancy doing tonnes and tonnes of Tree Revenants like this... maybe one day perhaps hehe

These are the start of quite a large collection of official Stargate SG-1 miniatures i have that were officially licensed by Phoenix Icons from MGM Studios!

Sadly Phoenix ceased trading in 2008ish before the range and a game could be fully realised but plenty of stock of the first releases were made and i purchased multiples of most things hehe.

The models themselves are of their day, they are quite small being true 28mm, but are reasonable representations of characters from the show, and i will be getting our heroes from SG-1 painted up soon!

Age of Sigmar: Harbinger of Decay

Finished off this chap last night whilst a few of the bunker guys did a zoom hangout hehe:

The standard Harbinger of Decay is a great model but its of its time and very small compared to the modern plastics, so i made my own from a spare Blight Lord body and an ebay purchase Varanguard horsey!

Turned out pretty well i think.
