These have been sat on the shelf waiting for their turn since October haha:
Now they are finished I like the models, they really stand out from the rest of the Baratheon's being not heavily armoured in steel! They performed well on their first outing too so quite happy all round.
I fancied a quick job to pass some time today so I got the non loyalty attachments finished off for my Baratheon army:
Master Wardens
I split these down the middle so I can still play yellow for Stannis and green for Renly hehe, as much as I prefer the Renly side in game I definitely prefer the yellow for my army as a main colour.
First of the commander models for my Montrose with this cavalry commander:
Made from a spare Moss Trooper from the Scots Lancers box and a leftover horse from my Napoleonic's hehe, he looks rather splendid and will do a fine job commanding the Gordon Horse!
Although I've not played Confrontation for a number of years I still keep my ear to the ground with fan developments and the like so when I came across Cernunnos Studio and there small but growing range of complimentary models I knew I was in:
Painted to rock the grey drab of my Drunes and the infamous blue warpaint of the Lanyfhs hehe, a superb model that will be getting a rules card soon!
A short break from the ECW with the next two MoTU models in Whiplash and Ninjor:
Again some superb and characterful models, and Ninjor is the first base black model ive painted in a lot of years haha!
Finished up the second unit of Gordon Horse:
You can only field two units of these in the army so it makes sense to max out on the best cavalry the Montrose can use haha!
I'm going to clear another small project then return to the next unit in my army.
Next up on this years list of projects is the army of Montrose for Pike and Shotte!
