A couple of days late but here is the latest preview from Tor Gaming for the C'thu faction, the Children of Niropth:

These look proper twisted and cool, and i cant wait to see the what the sculpts look like during the campaign!

The wizards are done to official schemes but Legolas is a custom scheme as my client is planning a Wood Elf army led by him and Orlando Bloom is the General and test model for it haha

Lord of the Rings Commission: Thorin's Company

For the last two days i have been working on Thorin's Company from The Hobbit game for my existing client who i have painted all the previous LoTR entries for. He asked if i could do them in the official scheme (Best as i could do!) from the Goblin Town Box:

Bilbo Baggins

As before the bases are left just blacked as my client has his own basing to match his armies. A few more to come from this project in the next day or so....

Just a quick post from me today, Tor Gaming have released another art preview for the upcoming C'thu faction:

Now as a pack of squid-dogs go these look very funky, the name reminds me of the Hounds of Tindalos from Lovecrafts Cthulhu Mythos which could move through dimensions and come out of right angles to hunt their prey if memory serves... hopefully these will have some form of unique movement or deployment trait too :-D
